Paranormal Romance
Pyte /Sentinel Series

A bit about the Pyte/Sentinal Series Pytes live in a world where their immortality, strength, speed and  ability to withstand the sun should make them gods on earth. Instead they are forced to live in fear. Their ability to create a stronger more
powerful army of vampires has Master Vampires all over the world waging
wars to find them and Sentinels determined to get them.

Even as they fight for their freedom they know that one day they’ll have to choose a side….

Thousands of years ago a war was started on earth between God and Lucifer after
Lucifer left the confines of Hell to steal much needed human souls.

Out of anger, God punished Lucifer, sealing him in Hell and away from his
children. God decreed that as long as there was even one human soul left
on earth, Lucifer could not leave Hell. Knowing that he couldn’t
outright destroy God’s precious children without feeling God’s wrath,
Lucifer did the only thing he was allowed, he released one Vladerc demon
on earth.

He used God’s rules against him not caring that once
the demon was released he could not release another. It didn’t matter.
He’d chosen well. The Vladerc demon not only fed on humans stealing
their souls, but the demon could also turn humans into hybrid Vladercs
who would steal more human souls until only his demons inhabited the
earth freeing him. Free Will stopped God from interfering on Earth
leaving Lucifer’s demon to spread his disease.

Or so he thought….

Using the rules to his advantage God sent five of his elite Angel warriors to
earth every ten years. To keep them from becoming too powerful or
easily detected by Lucifer’s children he split their souls in half and
merged each half with a human soul. He named them Sentinels for they
protected his greatest treasure, his children. He blessed them with
longevity, strength, speed and the only thing he could think of to thank
them for their sacrifice as well as keep them loyal to him….

A soul mate.

A Neighbor From Hell Series

Coming November 1St

A Bit about The Neighbor From Hell Series
Every neighborhood, whether it’s located in the best part of town or
across the tracks has one very important thing in common: they all have
the one neighbor that you wish you could club upside the head, throw in
the back of your trunk, and dump a hundred miles into the woods all
while giggling hysterically and promising yourself that this time would
be different, this time he wouldn’t find his way back. You know who I’m
talking about.
It’s the person that steals your newspaper, lets
his dog walk on your freshly mowed lawn, blasts their music at all hours
of the night, steals your parking spot, leaves their alarm clock
blasting twenty-four seven and just annoys the living hell out of you.
What if I told you that this person really wasn’t so bad once you got to
know him and that by the time I’m done spinning you a tale that not
only will you find all of his quirks endearing, but that you’ll fall
head over heels in love with him? What would you say then?
Don’t believe me? Well, I guess there’s only one way to find out. Check out my Neighbor From Hell series and see for yourself

Being rich and famous is great. Everyone loves you and wants to be

like not being able to make a run down to the corner store without being
the target of paparazzi, fans harass you wherever you go, you can’t go
anywhere without a bodyguard, you can’t figure out who your real friends
are or if you even have any and the fake smile you plaster on your face
every morning is starting to hurt.
No matter what you do, how much money you have and how many fans scream your name you can’t help  but feel like something is missing. A Hollywood Hearts series just might be the answer to all of your problems. If you don’t mind a few genuine

Synopsis

There was something seriously wrong with Marty. That was the only
explanation that she could come up with. Why else would she feel this
way for the biggest SOB in town? Granted, he was also the hottest man in
town, but he was also arrogant, callous, and determined to drive her
away even as he drove her crazy with his touch. She should just walk
away from him and probably would if it wasn’t for this connection that
she’d always had with him that kept making her want more with the one
man that couldn’t give her anything more than heartache.

He should have left and never looked back when he’d decided to finally do
the right thing and push Marty out of his life, but instead he stuck
around to torture himself by staying close to the one woman that he
could never allow himself to have. She deserved better than him, better
than the tortured existence that he led and better than the horrifying
future that waited for him.

A Love By Any Measure Review

*This book was reviewed by our guest reviewer, Daniela*
**We received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review**

A Love By Any Measure by Killian McRae

My rating: 4 of 5 stars.

A love by any measure is a historical romance book that follows the love story of Lord August Grayson and Maeve O’Connor that is set in Ireland in the 1800’s. I really enjoyed this book and was drawn to it because I have a particular interest in Ireland, so it was interesting to see some of the history and how life was in that time in the country. The story draws you in from the beginning. You want to keep reading to understand what really happened to these crossed lovers who were separated by society, customs and life itself.  Also, the relationship between Grayson and Maeve is full of ups and downs, and you really want to know what brings them together after everything they have suffered in their own lives. They are complicated and platonic, but at the same time you can feel how much they really love each other even when they try to fight against it.
As the story goes, it takes you to a situation that at least I didn't expect until I was on it, and I really enjoyed the little surprises and twists that this book kept showing me. The only thing that  bothered me was that sometimes the narrative was a bit fast and I felt it jumped to another side of the story too quickly, and the point of view of the characters changed within a paragraph and that confused me because I lost track of who was narrating.  Other than that, it is a really good story. I really recommend it to everyone that likes love stories as I do. I hope you give it a chance and enjoy the story of August and Maeve.

*We received an ARC copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*

Smash Into You by Shelly Crane

His whole life, Jude Jackson has been on the run. His mother's last words were "Never Stop Running", so he's done just that. Going from one town to the next, pretending to be in high school or college, using a different last name in every place, taking small bit jobs to get by and never getting close to anyone so that "Biloxi" doesn't have the extra target.

One day when he comes out of work, he finds a girl in cowboy boots and cut off shorts has smashed into his truck, both of them agree to just take care of their own vehicles because neither can afford to deal with insurance companies or any other headaches. They part ways, but life keeps bringing them back together at every turn.

When Jude takes his boss out to drink and try to forget about his wife with a wandering eye, there Marley is again, the waitress at the bar they go to, and its at that bar that Biloxi once again finds Jude and nearly takes Marley out with his car but Jude saves her and at the same time puts her whole life in danger because she is now forced to go on the run with him.

On their journey, they run across dangers courtesy of Biloxi and his men, illness and the kindness of a farmer man. Also, love.

One of the times that Biloxi is chasing them, Jude gets smart and snaps his picture and uses the internet to find out who he really is and what he discovers shocks him and Marley, and to top it all off they discover they have a matching scar that connects them both to Biloxi and his BioGene company that neither of them ever thought they had been a part of. Their mothers both unwittingly put them into the hands of monsters but were able to escape but BioGene was always on their heels.

Becoming More Blog Tour and Giveaway!

Becoming More - 4 stars

Becoming More is about a girl named Lilly going to college with her boyfriend, Sander of 4 years and her best friend, Lauren of even longer. She is really excited about college and freedom and also looking forward to her future with Sander. She has always pictured marrying him and spending the rest of her life with him.   Once in college she notices that both Sander and Lauren are hanging with the wrong crowd and changing to people she doesn't recognize. Sander once always sweet and caring is slowly becoming rude and disrespectful and even abusive. Lauren who has always been a little out there but at the same time she listened and was a good friend to Lilly, is now never around and doesn't even believe her when Sander becomes abusive.

Luckily Lilly meets Clarissa and her group of friends. They help keep her mind off Sander and Lauren. The night she meets them she sees one of their friends named Colton. He is not even her type but she cant keep her eyes off of him. He is gorgeous and tattooed and has a lip ring. She becomes a lot closer to him over the weeks. He is everything that Sander isn't.He is a sweet caring and a loyal friend who she can't help but wish for a future with even when she doesn't want to let go of the future she wants with Sander.

I really loved this book but it drove me crazy how Lilly kept making excuses for Sander once he abused her and started treating her that way. It took her a long time to realize her feelings for Colton and that someone who truly loved her would never treat her that way. I absolutely loved then ending when she finally made the decision to put Sander and Lauren in her past and make Colton and their group of friends her future. I also loved that at the end it what ended up happening to Sander and Lauren and then what happened with Lilly and Colton 5 years later. A great end to the book :)

United Service by Regina Morris Review!

*We received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review*

United Service is book 2 in The Colony series. Though it could be read as a stand-alone, I would recommend reading the first book Eternal Service first. In that one you really get to meet all the characters and learn about their world. This book is all about Sterling and mostly from his POV. I loved this one. I really enjoyed the first one but this was even better. It starts off not long after Eternal Service. I found the case they were on very interesting. This group of crazy people who called themselves “The Hands of God” were kidnapping vampire children and recently killing their parents. I was so happy when the Colony found where they were and they got what was coming to them. I loved the romance in it and was so happy he finally found happiness. It was really great getting to know more about him and why he did the things he did. He's completely different than what I thought from Eternal Service. LOVED the ending and can't wait for the next book! :)

Pure & Sinful by Killian McRae review!

*This review was written by our guest reviewer, Lori*
Pure & Sinful by Killian McRae

Let me start by saying that I am not big on reading about witches, demons, vampires, etc, but once I started getting into Pure and Sinful, I was hooked. I'm catholic and I really don't understand why our priests cannot marry, but I guess it is what it is. So with that said, Father Mark is first and foremost a male human, and falling for a beautiful woman shouldn't be held against him, but we know its a sin because he took that sacrament of ordination. Well, seeing as he has some sort of powers, doesn't that throw a wrench in it all? Lol. I loved the dance scene at the bar. I don't like to give out spoilers, but this book was an awesome read. I give it 4.5 stars. The high school part was pretty funny if you think about it and I'm sure Mr. Smarty Pants will learn a lesson from that. Lol. And I can't believe that there is a second book and now I have to get it to find out what happens!
